Notes, transcripts, decisions, customer signals, AI chats — scattered across tools. The work is preserved. The context around it is not. So AI helps less than it should, and the same conversations happen twice.

Discovery sync — week 3
transcript · 2 decisions extracted
Decisions linked to evidence. AI reads all of it.
Built for squads doing discovery, research, product strategy, and customer-facing work where context costs real money to lose.
Context loss
Every team keeps the artefacts. Few keep the context around them — what was tried, what was rejected, why a decision was made, what a customer actually said. That context is what makes AI useful, and it's the part that disappears first.
Where it goes
Decisions get made, the reasoning disappears
a week later, someone asks why
AI sessions start from a blank window
every time, from scratch
Customer insights live in three different tools
no one sees the pattern
Onboarding means re-explaining everything
context lives in people, not the system
Slack threads, Notion docs, transcript dumps, prompt history — all real, all disconnected.
Not another chat window. Not another notes app. A spatial place where messy thinking, customer evidence, decisions, and AI conversations live next to each other and stay connected — for humans and the agents working alongside them.
— Capture in any shape. Voice, transcript, paste, screenshot.
— Connect, don't file. The structure is the value.
— AI with real context, not a blank prompt.
How the partnership works
No procurement gauntlet.
One short email. No deck.
Tell me about the team, what you work on, and where context goes missing today. I reply within 48 hours with a yes, a not-yet, or a "let’s talk."
We model your real artefacts.
Custom note types — Decision, Insight, Customer Signal, whatever your team actually produces. Set up takes a week. I do the heavy lifting.
After 3–4 weeks, you decide.
Keep using it on a tailored plan, walk away with your export, or stay involved as we build the next surface. No retention games either way.
The honest exchange
What you get
A free 3–4 week pilot, with the product shaped to your real work.
Custom note types, direct line to me, fixes that ship the same week. No commercial pressure during the pilot.
What I ask for
Honest feedback, not polite feedback.
A few recorded sessions of real use, the parts of your workflow you’d normally hide from a vendor, and permission to learn from how you actually work.
The honest exit
If it does not earn its place, you keep the export.
No lock-in, no retention pressure, no slow-rolling the offboarding. The whole point of a design partnership is that both sides can say no.
If your work is messy on purpose — discovery, research, product, strategy — this is for you.
Creator Notes is for teams who:
Need decisions and reasoning to survive the people who made them
Already use AI, and feel the gap between "answer my prompt" and "understand my work"
Run real discovery — customer calls, transcripts, evidence, evolving questions
Will give honest feedback in exchange for a product shaped around them
Probably not a fit if you need SOC 2 / SSO to start, your work is mostly linear documents, or you're here to evaluate vendors rather than build with one.
Common questions
No. The 3–4 week pilot is free. After, you decide whether to continue on a tailored plan. The point is to remove commercial pressure so we can find out whether the product actually solves the problem.
One at a time. I'm a solo founder — the only honest way to tailor the product is to work deeply with one team. When that partnership stabilises, I take on the next.
Not yet. If procurement is a hard requirement to start, we're not the right fit at this stage. The design-partner phase exists to find teams who can move on judgement, not paperwork.
No. Your workspace is private. AI runs against your own data on demand, never as training input. We'll sign whatever NDA you need before the pilot.
You keep your export — notes, relationships, decisions, the whole structure. No retention games. A partnership is honest on both sides, or it's not a partnership.
If your team feels this —
